The "Karan" Festival, whose first edition starts on 19 August in Oujda, has set itself the challenge of preparing the largest dish of "Karan" in the world.Considered one of the most popular typical dishes of the Oriental region, "Karan," made from chickpea flour and eggs, is easy to prepare. Rich and tasty, the "Karan" sandwich is affordable for all budgets.
