The first edition of the "Talent Festival", organised by the Oujda Culture and Arts Association, was launched on Monday and will continue until 18 March.

This Festival aims to encourage young talent and offer them the opportunity to express themselves in front of the general public, according to the organisers.

This event also aims to contribute to promoting the Oriental region on the cultural and artistic levels, in the various fields of art and creativity, as well as to offer young people the ideal conditions for the flourishing of their creativity.

This Festival will proceed with a fusion between traditional and contemporary arts, while opening up to the scientific field through the presentation of projects by students from universities and higher schools, without forgetting the organisation of training workshops in the fields of theatre, drawing and music.

This edition will also include sculpture and photography exhibitions and fashion shows as well as musical and comedy shows.

The first edition of the "Talent Festival" will be closed by an artistic ceremony at the Mohammed VI theatre in Oujda, on 18 March. It will include the presentation of several artistic shows performed by the participating young talents.
