The city of Oujda is hosting the second edition of the "Karan" Festival from 19 to 21 August. "Karan", prepared from chickpea flour and eggs, is considered one of the most popular refined dishes in the Oriental region. The event aims to contribute to the promotion of tourism and the culture of the region through the valorisation of a famous dish from the Oriental region.
