This visit will take you to the discovery of three very surprising places in Morocco: Volubilis, Moulay Idriss and Meknès. Unmissable!
Itinerary
After picking you up from your hotel or your Riad at 09:00, we will take you westwards to Volubilis, an ancient Roman city housing the most important archaeological remains in Morocco.
At Volubilis, you will have free time to visit the area. We will leave you all the time you need, generally between 1 and 2 hours. If you wish, at the entrance to the site, you can hire an official French-speaking guide.
After having enjoyed these impressive Roman remains, you will go to Moulay Idriss, one of the most important pilgrimage centres in Morocco. It is a small town with a pretty Medina that you can visit in one hour.
The third stop will be Meknes, the humblest of the four imperial cities of Morocco. In Meknes, you will have free time to eat and visit the most important places in the city, enter the Souk or have a coffee in the square.
Around 18:00, we will return to Fes. We will drop you off at your hotel or wherever you wish.
Itinerary modifications
Since this tour is private, the itinerary can be modified according to your wishes. For example, if you do not wish to visit Moulay Idriss, you will have more time to discover Meknes!
