A satisfaction study to boost the destination

Customer satisfaction and loyalty are certainly one of the first keys to marketing a destination. The region's professionals are aware of this. A satisfaction study is now included in the Regional Tourism Council's plan. This survey will be carried out in partnership with the urban commune of Agadir, the HCP (High Commission for Planning) and the ENCG. Thus, it will begin this month of February 2014 and will be in the form of a questionnaire. The objective is to evaluate and measure the quality of services and the Agadir product among foreign clients staying at the time of the survey in the city of Agadir's classified tourist establishments.
