Certificate of Indigence for Legal Aid

Required documents
The Ministry of the Interior issues this certificate to Moroccans residing in Morocco or abroad, as well as to associations, for the purpose of obtaining legal aid, provided the applicant is in a state of indigence.
Where to submit the application
Prefectures and Provinces. Competent local administrative authority (Pasha or Caid).
