The city of Taza is hosting the 17th edition of the International Children's Theatre Festival from 21 to 24 April, organised under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. Several national and international troupes, notably from France, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, China, and Russia, are participating in this event. The programme for this edition, organised in coordination with the Taza prefecture, includes 40 theatrical plays, 16 of which will be presented in the city's various communes. According to the organisers, 24 other theatrical performances are scheduled in 45 venues across the city.
