For compliance with the health requirements set by the regulations in force

The Regional Directorate of the National Office for Food Safety (ONSSA) of Chaouia-Ouardigha and Doukkala-Abda recently organised, in Settat, an awareness day regarding the health requirements set by the regulations in force, for the benefit of managers of food establishments and companies falling under its area of action. During this day, participants examined the procedures for granting approval or health authorisation, in accordance with Law 28-07, relating to the safety of food products and its implementing texts.
