The Governor of the Larache province oversaw, on the morning of Wednesday, December 4, 2024, the opening of the activities of the fifth edition of the International Red Fruits Festival, which is organised in partnership between the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests, the Loukkos Office for Agricultural Development, the Moroccan Interprofessional Federation of Red Fruits, the Larache Provincial Prefecture, and a number of partners.

The Governor of the province was accompanied in the opening ceremony of the exhibition by the Vice-President of the region, the President of the Larache commune, in addition to the province's parliamentarians, presidents of rural communes, and officials of external services.

The opening tour included an inspection visit to the festival's pavilions, where the official delegation was briefed on a range of products related to red fruits, in addition to advanced agricultural and industrial equipment in this field. Those present listened to a detailed explanation from exhibitors and investors about the latest in production techniques and the development of the agricultural chain.
