A ceremony for the handing over of equipment to project leaders registered within the framework of the transversal program of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) for 2013 was organized on Wednesday in Ouarzazate, on the occasion of the 38th anniversary of the Green March.
This program required, at the level of the Ouarzazate province, a total envelope of 948,138 DH, including 681,197 DH as a contribution from the INDH.
Among the projects whose leaders benefited from this initiative is the installation of equipment capable of improving the services offered at the headquarters of the Associative Tissue for the development of the Ouarzazate municipality, formed of 194 associations, with an investment of 100,000 DH, including 80,000 DH as a contribution from the INDH.
In the same context, three three-wheelers equipped with refrigerators intended for the sale of fish were handed over to the Ennakhil Association of Oued Drâa (rural commune of Tarmigt), with an envelope of 100,000 DH, including 70,000 as a contribution from the INDH.
The Ennajah Association for the development of rural women (rural commune of Tarmigt) was given several heads of goats (72,000 DH), a donation intended to improve the income of the women members of this association.
During this ceremony, chaired by the governor of the Ouarzazate province, Saleh Benyettou, a school transport bus was also handed over to the rural commune of Khzama, at a cost of 540,000 DH, including 300,000 DH as a contribution from the INDH.
On the same occasion, 24 second-category taxi professionals received the keys to their new cars, as part of efforts aimed at renewing the taxi fleet of the Ouarzazate province.
Also on the occasion of the 38th anniversary of the Green March, the headquarters of the 4th administrative annex of the city of Ouarzazate was recently inaugurated, as well as the headquarters of the Anzal center caidate and the Territorial Guard of the rural commune of Siroua.
