Hay Hassani crowned champion of the "Casa Foot Cup" for youth

Hay Hassani won the "Casa Foot Cup", the Casablanca inter-district cup for young adolescents aged 14 to 16, which took place from 18 to 30 July. The youth of Hay Hassani snatched the cup from those of the Anfa district by one goal to nil. "The winners demonstrated their great footballing talent and a great capacity to channel their energy for a common goal. They defended the colours of their neighbourhoods with great will and tenacity and behind their accomplished little footballer outfits, they showed great courage," indicates a statement from "Casablanca Events & Animation", the Local Development Company (SDL) that initiated the tournament. During the 7-a-side tournament, 192 adolescents were selected to represent the 16 districts of Casablanca (Aïn Chock, Hay Hassani, Mers-Sultan, Al-Fida, Mâarif, Roches Noires, Anfa, Sidi Belyout, Ben M'Sick, Sbata, Hay Moulay Rachid, Sidi Othmane,…
