465 million DH to promote accessibility to advanced educational structures for the benefit of Moroccan and African youth
His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, proceeded, on Monday in the Hay Hassani district prefecture in Casablanca, to the laying of the first stone of the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences, an avant-garde establishment both in terms of its structures and its management mode.
Mobilising investments of around 465 million dirhams, this project reflects the Sovereign's firm commitment in favour of the acquisition of knowledge and the qualification of the human element, as well as the particular interest that His Majesty accords to education, scientific research, and health, key sectors of progress and sustainable human development.The realisation of this university, which H.M. the King has been pleased to name after His august Name, is in direct line with the Sovereign's efforts aimed at favouring accessibility to advanced education structures for the benefit of Moroccan and African youth.It will also constitute a platform for practical training and improvement for students and a hub for medical research between Europe and Africa.The Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences, the first multidisciplinary education structure of its kind in the Kingdom, includes f…
