The film industry of Spanish-speaking countries visits Morocco
The Cervantes Institute, in collaboration with Latin American countries, is organising the first Latin Cinema Festival which will take place in Rabat, from 8 to 18 April. Nine films are on the programme for this edition which promises an opening to these regions through their cinematographic productions made in Spanish."This idea was born to consolidate the mission of the Cervantes Institute and pursue its strategy which is none other than the dissemination of the Spanish language and culture. As there were no events bringing these countries together, it would be good to have a film festival with samples of the culture of each country. Moreover, all the countries were delighted with the idea and intend to develop it in the future.This will allow them to present their culture and make it known to Moroccans.
