Sponsored by the OCP Foundation, the 10th edition of the international Startup Weekend competition will take place between 4 and 6 April 2014 in Khouribga. The challenge that the Startup Maroc association has set for itself is to provide a unique experience to young Moroccans across the Kingdom. This is the promise of the organisers. "A 54-hour marathon of start-up creation born in Silicon Valley and which allows project leaders from around the world to work in teams while being coached by professionals to concretise their start-up idea by validating their business model," they argue. As a reminder, the Start-up Maroc association (formerly AMPII) imported the Startup Weekend concept from the United States in 2011.
