King Mohammed VI attaches great interest. In this sense, he specified that all measures were taken by local, civil, and military authorities to resolve their problems at all levels. «It is the duty of every official, he specified, to look after the property of our MREs, to supervise them, and to facilitate all procedures for them in public and private establishments». The governor exposed the socio-economic aspects of the province in which MREs are invited to participate by investing. He then spoke about the government's program and the sectors in which they can succeed in their projects, notably those related to roads, tourism, handicrafts, agriculture, commerce, and construction. «For this, he insisted, the instructions are formal so that MREs first of all have a very good holiday, which is why we are doing everything possible for the simplification of all procedures through supervision, accompaniment, decentralisation, the guarantee of everyone's rights, and above all the strengthening of means and modes of communication». Abdelatif Maâzouz affirmed that the Kingdom's consulates across foreign countries counted more than 3 million registered Moroccans and studies are underway to arrange these consulates and equip them with material and human means to serve MREs in excellent conditions.
