''Study of the social history of the Atlantic Sahara between the 17th and 20th centuries" is the title of a work by history researcher and lecturer Mohamed Bouzenkad, which was presented on Monday evening in Guelmim. The signing ceremony took place as part of the 3rd edition of the book fair organised from 4 to 9 May by the regional directorate of culture. The author, who holds a doctorate in history, deals in his work with the social aspect of the Atlantic Sahara, which extends from Oued Noun through Oued Saquia El Hamra to Oued Eddahab, focusing on its interaction with the socio-spatial characteristics that generated a unique economic, political and social mode.
