During a routine check, the customs services of Dakhla intercepted a truck in violation. The vehicle, which was introduced into Moroccan territory, was circulating with false papers. After carrying out the check and ensuring that the documents presented by the driver were falsified, the customs officers seized the truck which was preparing to load quantities of fish intended for the domestic market. Note that the customs services proceeded to the check that led to the seizure of the truck after an inspector on the spot received an anonymous tip informing him that the truck was carrying false documents. According to Libé's sources, the seizure of this truck risks calling into question the authenticity of the documents held by dozens of vehicles, notably trucks, on the national territory. These vehicles would be introduced by a network of forgers that would count in its ranks high-ranking customs officers. A listing of several hundred or even thousands of trucks, with falsified documents, would be circulating throughout the country, still according to these same sources.
