Required documents
The technical operating certificate is a license authorizing a Moroccan operator to perform public air transport services (passenger, cargo, and mail transport) and taxi services and aerial work. It is the same document as the air operating license referred to in Annex 6 of the International Civil Aviation Convention signed in Chicago on December 7, 1944, and enables the operator to obtain the operating license.
