17th Centrale Laitière School Cup: The Slaouis represent Morocco at the Danone Cup in London

Intense sporting moments during the grand national final of the 17th Centrale Laitière School Cup which took place on Saturday, 13 April in Salé, and which saw the 25 best teams in the Kingdom compete in all categories of the competition. Thus, at the Aboubakr Al Amar stadium, the youngsters from Salé won 3-0 against the Sidi Bernoussi team. Experienced, combative, and very high-performing, the Slaouis shone with their quality of play, their speed, and their ability to carry their formation forward. The young prodigies will have the chance to represent Morocco at the Danone Nations Cup which will take place this year in London starting from 7 September. After this consecration, the young players have only one idea in mind: to carry the colours of their team high and represent Morocco with dignity in England.

"By supporting young sporting talents, the Centrale Laitière School Cup is part of an approach of support towards a positive, open-minded, motivated youth turned towards the future", indicated Jacques Ponty, Chairman and CEO of Centrale Laitière. And to continue that "the goal is to give emerging young athletes the chance to develop and improve their talents, to prove themselves, and to bring their game to the highest level with the sole goal of living their dream and sharing their passion for football". Furthermore, the girls from Anfa did the essential against the Kénitra team to win this 17th cup organised jointly by the Ministry of National Education, Centrale Laitière, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, and the Royal Moroccan School Sport Federation.

It is to be mentioned that this sporting competition has brought together more than 1.8 million students around the passion for the round ball and takes place every year in all the school establishments of the Kingdom.
