An unexpected accident occurred on the construction site of the new bridge over the Oued El Maleh during the functionality test of the launcher intended for laying the bridge deck with a width of 16 meters. It should be noted that the new structure, whose work began in July 2011, is a prestressed concrete ribbed slab bridge consisting of four spans totaling a length of 153 m.
