H.M. the King inaugurates three social projects in Mohammedia intended to improve the living environment of the population
The proximity policy initiated by H.M. King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, was once again concretised by the inauguration, on Wednesday in Mohammedia, of several social projects intended to improve the living environment of the city's population.
H.M. the King thus inaugurated a social centre for mothers and children, a social centre for the elderly, and a socio-commercial complex for the support of fish sellers, built by the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity for a total investment of nearly 19 million dirhams (MDH). These projects aim to support women in difficulty, provide care for the elderly, and promote the fishing sector to make it a true lever for economic and social development. The social centre for mothers and children will provide women with qualifying training in culinary arts and traditional sewing and literacy classes, in addition to psychological support and legal protection.
