The restoration and rehabilitation programs for historical monuments and interventions in buildings threatening to collapse in the Medina of Fez are advancing at a steady pace, indicated the director of the Agency for the Development and Rehabilitation of the City of Fez (ADER-Fès), Fouad Serghini. During a field visit recently initiated by ADER for various national press outlets as part of the execution of these two ambitious programs, he emphasized that the restoration work launched in the various projects is on the right track thanks to the collaboration of all stakeholders, particularly local authorities, elected officials, civil society, and the beneficiaries.
