Mazagan at the Saïdia Summer Festival: Chaâbi-groove in the spotlight

Within the framework of the Saïdia Summer Festival, the Mazagan group offers its fans and the curious a show with the colours of Ramadan this evening, Saturday, 28 July, at the Marina of this city.

After its two concerts last week (14 and 15 July) in Agadir and Tan Tan, the group is packing its bags again in the direction of the Oriental for an evening that chaâbi-groove specialists (a mixture of rural singing and urban sounds) announce as colourful.

After Saïdia, the group will perform in other cities in Morocco. Namely: Azrou (22 August), Rabat (26 September), and Fès (27 September).

Let us underline that after its Moroccan tour, Mazagan will fly to Canada next November where it will perform within the framework, this time, of the Montreal Arab World Festival.

Let us recall that the Mazagan group is composed of singer Issam Kamal (guitar, mandolin), Nabil Andalous Ouartassi (drums), Bouhssine Foulane (violin), Mohammed Hamam (keyboards), Adil Laaqissi (bass), and Makram Naoufal Tazi (percussion).
