The Foum El Hisn artisanal complex transformed into a dumping ground
Built a few years ago, the Foum El Hisn artisanal complex, in the province of Tata, promotes the grouping of artisans and professionals to allow them to store their products while awaiting their commercialisation. This complex, the construction of which was suspended, cost several million centimes taken from the State budget, and therefore paid for by the taxpayer. It has been abandoned for a few months now, becoming a real dumping ground and a place for shady meetings.
