These preventive and proactive measures aim to achieve security monitoring throughout the city, maintain public order, ensure the safety of citizens, ensure smooth traffic and movement, and enhance the security of year-end celebrations.
The measures implemented consist of mobilizing all police units, public order forces, judicial police, general intelligence, anti-gang units, mounted brigades, as well as regional intervention units, in order to enhance the sense of security among citizens and ensure better security for the celebrations accompanying this event.
In this context, the Prefect of Police of Beni Mellal, Tayeb Ouali, said that in line with the directives of the General Directorate of National Security, a security protocol has been outlined through which all human and logistical resources, as well as all units belonging to the Beni Mellal Prefecture of Police, have been employed with the aim of providing security and safety for citizens, and ensuring full coverage of all the city's main axes and neighborhoods.
Mr. Ouali continued, in a statement to the Maghreb Arabe Presse agency, that this security protocol also includes providing foot and mobile patrols with the establishment of judicial checkpoints, with the aim of reducing traffic accidents and preventing them from occurring.
This large-scale mobilization of National Security elements has been highly appreciated by the city's residents, for the sense of security it has spread and the desire to ensure the smooth running of the celebrations.
