A communication day was organised on Thursday in Ait Ourir (Al Haouz province) for the benefit of the family of former resistance fighters as part of the proximity policy led by the High Commission for Former Resistance Fighters and Former Members of the Liberation Army. The sixth of its kind organised in this province, this meeting aims to learn about the situation of the families of former resistance fighters, emphasised the High Commissioner for Former Resistance Fighters and Former Members of the Liberation Army, Mustapha Ktiri. This day is an opportunity to highlight the achievements relating to the integration of the children of former resistance fighters and former members of the Liberation Army into the socio-economic and professional fabric, he noted, adding that it also constitutes an opportunity to exchange on the concerns of the members of this family, particularly regarding the improvement of their living conditions and social coverage. Mr. Ktiri paid tribute to the enormous sacrifices made by these early nationalists for the recovery of Morocco's independence. On this occasion, a tribute was paid to 7 members of the family of former resistance fighters and former members of the Liberation Army of the Ait Ourir rural commune. Subsequently, the participants in the meeting visited the construction site of the Cultural, Educational and Museological Centre of the Resistance and the Liberation Army of the Ait Ourir commune, a structure dedicated to the safeguarding of local and national historical memory.
