A total of 124,000 passengers passed through Agadir Al Massira international airport last July, compared to 124,659 during the same period in 2014, showing a slight decrease of 0.51%, according to statistics from the National Airports Office (ONDA). Regarding commercial air traffic, the number of passengers reached 123,267 travellers, compared to 124,048 during the same period of the previous year, indicates the ONDA in a press release.

The number of passengers concerning non-commercial air traffic amounted, for its part, to 761 travellers (358 arrivals and 403 departures), compared to 611 in July 2014, an increase of 24.55%. Agadir Al Massira airport also recorded 1,115 aircraft movements during the month of July 2015 (557 arrivals and 558 departures), compared to 1,103 movements for the same period of the previous year, showing an improvement of 1.09%. Furthermore, freight traffic experienced an exceptional evolution of 114.18% to reach 16,136 kg, compared to 7,534 kg recorded in July 2014.
