According to data from the Social Action Division of the Al Haouz Province prefecture, the National Initiative for Human Development contributed to financing these activities and projects with 84.656 million dirhams.
The same source explained that this involves about 27 projects under the first program related to "Catching up on deficits in infrastructure and basic social services" with a financial cost reaching 31.62 million dirhams, fully funded by the National Initiative for Human Development.
These projects concerned the sectors of construction and rehabilitation of roads (9.7 kilometers/tracks and technical structures benefiting 18,740 beneficiaries), connection to the electrical grid and solar energy, and supply of drinking water (42,000 beneficiary households).
Regarding the "Supporting people in vulnerable situations" program, the number of projects and activities reached 20 with a financial envelope estimated at 7.64 million dirhams, to which the National Initiative for Human Development contributed 7.47 million dirhams, primarily targeting people with disabilities without income, women in vulnerable situations, and abandoned children.
The data indicated that the number of beneficiaries of these projects reached 1,807 people, highlighting that 40.8 percent of the budget benefited people in vulnerable situations, while 59.2 percent of the budget was allocated to improving the quality of services under this program.
In connection with the "Supporting employment and economic integration of young people" program, 58 activities and projects were programmed, with the National Initiative for Human Development contributing 9.48 million dirhams to their financing. Additionally, 45 businesses were created (entrepreneurship pillar), as well as the financing of 11 projects (income improvement pillar) benefiting 248 beneficiaries.
The projects and activities also included the "Advancing human development for future generations" program, which reached 199 with a financial envelope reaching 36.086 million funded by the Initiative.
These projects and activities concerned the maternal and child health pillar (36 projects and activities worth 15.765 million dirhams), and the generalization of preschool education in rural areas (492 programmed units, and 16,145 beneficiaries with a financial envelope estimated at 16.061 million dirhams).
