The provincial authorities of Al Haouz have pledged to deal strictly with any transgression or manipulation that may affect the rights of citizens or negatively impact the implementation of the reconstruction and rehabilitation programme, in order to ensure transparency and integrity in the execution of this national project, which they described as "major".
In this regard, the same authorities revealed that the construction and rehabilitation of 10,800 homes have been completed in record time, and the number is expected to rise to 12,000 homes by the end of this January.
This achievement comes in record time compared to the international average for post-natural disaster reconstruction, the authorities added in a press release, which usually ranges between two to three years.
