Tangier at the time of the National Cultural Conference

The National Conference on Moroccan Culture will be held on 9 and 10 January in Tangier with the watchword of prospecting the cultural future of Morocco. Initiated by the Union of Moroccan Writers (UEM) within the framework of the celebration of the "year of Moroccan culture", this conference will see the participation of several national actors and experts in the cultural field, including thinkers, researchers, experts, artists, and journalists. According to a statement from the UEM, representatives of the legislative institution, government departments, and bodies, associations, and cultural, artistic, and human rights centres of different backgrounds will also take part in this major meeting.
