Postponement of the Nawafid Festival of Maghreb cultures

Initially scheduled from 6 to 10 May in Mohammedia, the Nawafid Festival of Maghreb cultures has been postponed to a later date. Organised around an artistic and cultural programme in which artists from all Maghreb countries participate, the Festival had to be postponed due to certain difficulties encountered by participants in making the trip and being present. "Because of the difficulties encountered by cultural and artistic delegations participating in the Festival, due to the conditions of instability experienced by some Maghreb countries, in addition to the delay recorded in the commitments of some partners, and in a concern to ensure a good organisation of this edition, the organising committee has decided to postpone the date of the Festival," indicates Mohammed Agouyame, director of the Nawafid Festival.
