A forest fire broke out in the commune of Jbel Lahbib

A fire broke out in a forest area located in the rural commune of Jbel Lahbib falling under the province of Tetouan, indicates a source from the Regional Delegation of the High Commission for Water and Forests and the Fight against Desertification (HCEFLCD) of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceïma on Monday. The fire, which started on the night of Sunday to Monday, ravaged several forest massifs, composed essentially of cork oak and other plants, it was specified.
