The 4th edition of the HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan International Cycling Challenge will be organised from May 10th to 12th, under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, the Royal Moroccan Cycling Federation (FRMC) indicated on Friday.
Included in the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) calendar, this prestigious competition will coincide with the 10th birthday of HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan (May 8, 2013). It will see the participation of riders from Algeria, Germany, Bahrain, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, Slovakia, France, Belgium, the United States and Morocco, the FRMC specifies in a statement received by MAP.
Covering 432.6 km, three stages are on the programme for the 4th edition. The first stage, featuring the Princely Trophy, will be contested on Friday between Rabat and Benslimane (136.6 km).
The second stage will take place on Saturday between Bouznika and Khouribga (147.5 km). This stage is part of the HRH Crown Prince's Birthday Trophy.
The third and final stage, for the Royal House Trophy title, will connect Khouribga and Fquih-Bensaleh on Sunday, passing through Oued Zem, Kasbah-Tadla, and Beni-Mellal (148.5 km).
