The prefectural judicial police elements have neutralized a supplier of psychotropic pills at the moment he was delivering to retail dealers in Al Fida Mers Sultan, it was indicated on Wednesday from a police source.

After several days of surveillance and investigation, the prefectural Judicial Police elements succeeded in grabbing this alleged main supplier of psychotropics in the Al Fida district with one thousand pills in his possession, indicated to MAP the head of the prefectural narcotics brigade Jilali Thabit.

The same brigade also arrested another notorious Chira trafficker in the Sidi Bernoussi district who was the subject of several search warrants for drug trafficking.

The members of the brigade seized at the home of the alleged supplier of small dealers in this drug an amount of 315,000 dirhams which would be the proceeds of Chira trafficking.
