Removal of the President of the Ain Sebaa district in Casablanca - Al-Ousboue Al-Sahafi

The Administrative Court of Casablanca has received a lawsuit filed by the Governor of the Ain Sebaa and Hay Mohammadi districts, against Youssef Houssinia, President of the Ain Sebaa district, belonging to the ranks of the Popular Movement party, to remove him from his position.
The Governor decided to resort to the judiciary due to the aforementioned President's refusal to include a point related to the motion for his dismissal in application of Articles 70 and 76 of the Organic Law on Communes, after Houssinia refused to include the motion of two-thirds of the district council members, related to submitting his resignation in the agenda of the first session of the new year.
