His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God preserve him, has sent messages of condolence and compassion to the families of the victims of the road accident that occurred on Tuesday evening near Youssoufia, and has decided to cover the burial costs of the victims and the hospitalisation costs of the injured, a statement from the Royal Cabinet indicated on Wednesday. "After being informed of the sad news of the tragic road accident that occurred near the city of Youssoufia and which resulted in several innocent victims, H.M. King Mohammed VI, may God preserve him, sent messages of condolence and compassion to the families of the victims and to the injured. In these messages, the Sovereign expresses his feelings of sympathy, praying to the Almighty to surround the departed with His holy mercy and to grant their families consolation and comfort, and the injured a speedy recovery.
H.M. the King, may God assist him, also gave His High instructions to the competent authorities to take all necessary measures to provide the essential support and assistance to the families of the victims and to the injured, as a sign of compassion from His Majesty and with a view to alleviating their suffering. H.M. the King, may God assist him, has decided to personally cover the costs of transporting the mortal remains, their burial, and the funeral, as well as the costs of care for the injured".
