Development projects in Tarfaya: Meeting of the INDH Provincial Commission

On national road 1, 100 km north of Laâyoune, one is suddenly surprised by the appearance, between the sand dunes, of Tarfaya.These dunes that had inspired, in the past, the French pilot and writer Antoine de Saint Exupéry.
