With all due respect to our detractors, reforms and the march towards development continue and are accelerating.
The Southern provinces are the living witness of this march.
Thus, the twelfth anniversary of the Sovereign's accession to the Throne was marked in these provinces by the launch or inauguration of a multitude of projects and achievements intended to improve the standard of living of their populations.
The list of these achievements and projects is very long; so we will only cite a few examples starting with the very young provinces of Tarfaya and Sidi Ifni which have just blown out their first candle.
