A group of students in the Master's programme for Marketing and Commercial Action at the National School of Commerce and Management (ENCG) in the city of Settat is organising a conference under the theme "Improving services and promoting excellent packaging: Quality within Moroccan companies". This conference will take place in the school's grand amphitheatre this Thursday, 20 December, at 15:30.
It is within the framework of their end-of-semester project in service marketing that these students had the idea of organising a conference whose theme will focus on their company report: "The mystery shopper in Morocco". Given that this practice has been in vogue in recent years in the world of services, it goes without saying that it is important to report on the importance of this new competitive advantage within companies in the tertiary sector.
Mystery shopping services consist of mobilising people who pose as standard customers and visit the establishments of the client company and its competitors in order to evaluate the quality of customer service in these establishments and to gather other market information.
Working in partnership with Shine Consulting Group, the leading integrated consulting firm in Retail & Distribution in Morocco, whose services are dedicated to improving commercial performance through customer service evaluation, consulting, coaching, and training, the conference organisers are inviting any professional wishing to know more about the mystery shopper to attend on Thursday, 20 December 2012, at 15:30 in the grand amphitheatre of the ENCG in Settat.
