The investigating judge in charge of terrorism cases at the annex of the Salé Court of Appeal ordered, on Monday, the placement in the local prison of Salé of five individuals after their hearing, within the framework of two separate cases linked to terrorism.
Three people are accused of "constitution of a criminal gang with a view to preparing and committing terrorist acts within the framework of a collective project aimed at seriously undermining public order" and of "financing terrorism".
The other two individuals are prosecuted for "preparation of terrorist acts within the framework of a collective project aimed at seriously undermining public order and financing terrorism".
The national judicial police brigade in Casablanca had referred, in the morning, the five suspects before the King's Prosecutor General at the Rabat Court of Appeal.
