Sala Ljadida: Residents of "Rihab" protest against the revision of the cost of their apartments

There are 376 households protesting against the revision of the cost of their apartments undertaken by the Regional Directorate of Taxes of Rabat-Salé. This revaluation would be explained, according to the complainants, by a possible fraud by two parties. As a result, the inhabitants have sent, on an individual basis, complaints to the registration office of the aforementioned Directorate. The families' reasons are clear. This project, which concerned the construction of approximately 2,500 apartments, was the subject of an agreement signed by the State, in the legal person of the Ministry of Finance and the Secretariat of State in charge of Housing and Urban Planning, on the one hand, and the Tazrwalt company on the other.
