57 million dirhams to support the socio-economic and urban development of this coastal city
His Majesty King Mohammed VI proceeded, on Friday in the urban commune of Oued Laou, to the launch of several structuring projects, intended to support the socio-economic and urban development of the city.
The Sovereign thus launched the work for the construction of a football stadium, the reconstruction of the central market, as well as those relating to the generalisation of the city's coverage by drinking water and liquid sanitation networks, with a total investment of 57 million dirhams (MDH).Translating the proximity policy advocated by the Sovereign since his accession to the Throne of his Glorious Ancestors, these projects should participate in strengthening the attractiveness of the city, protecting the environment, improving the domestic hygiene conditions of the inhabitants, and promoting economic and commercial activities.
