A total of 725 applications for negative certificates were received in 2015, of which 678 applications were satisfied (93.5%), indicates a report from the Provincial Delegation of Trade and Industry. The distribution of these certificates by sector of activity places the trade sector in the lead with 38.2%, followed by services (34.2%), construction and public works (22.1%) and industry (4%), specifies the same source.
By legal nature, the private limited company (SARL) remains the most requested by economic operators with 61.6%, followed by single-member private limited companies (27.9%) and sole traders (10.4%).
The months of November and December 2015 saw the highest number of negative certificates issued (75 each), followed by the month of April (67) and June (61), while the lowest number was recorded during the month of September with 27 certificates. In 2014, the Office in charge of industrial and commercial property and the Nador CRI had issued a total of 756 negative certificates for the creation of businesses.
