In conjunction with the legislative elections held on September 23, 2026, we have chosen to highlight some of the constitutional judge's decisions in election cases since the stage of the Constitutional Chamber, through the Constitutional Council, up to the Constitutional Court, revealing an aspect of the legal and political struggle that accompanied legislative elections in Morocco since the adoption of the constitution in 1962.
