The French chef and entrepreneur, Christophe Leroy, who is celebrating ten years of presence in Morocco, has just announced new development axes intended to consolidate his establishment in the Kingdom. Christophe Leroy, who has built an empire of choice in the international gastronomy scene since 1990, has thus announced the launch in Marrakech of a prestigious culinary training school intended for individuals. The establishment will open its doors in 2015.
The French entrepreneur, who was speaking during a press conference in the ochre city, however, made it known that the said school is already operational for professionals. This institution offers two types of training. The first is aimed at individuals and allows them to follow courses according to three levels, while the second is dedicated to professionals in search of improvement. He also announced the opening of two new restaurant brands in Bouskoura and at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca.
Based in Saint-Tropez (France) and Miami (United States), Christophe Leroy had opened his first “Table du marché” ten years ago in Marrakech, the first opened internationally. Since then, he has multiplied the brands in several other cities in the Kingdom, notably in Fès, Rabat, and M’diq. It was also in 2004 that he published “Ma cuisine marocaine” with Éditions “Flammarion”. In this book of about a hundred pages, the French chef puts his creativity at the service of Moroccan gastronomy and proposes revisited recipes. Several openings are planned in the coming months in Casablanca and Rabat. In this way, he will have 15 points of sale in Morocco by the end of 2015.
