Organized last weekend in Ifrane, the 7th edition of the Cedar Marathon was won by Youssef Ait Ali, who finished first at the end of the race contested in two stages. Among the ladies, it was Hanane Qallouj who was the fastest. A Trail that crisscrossed the beautiful landscapes of the famous city of cedars.

With a strong participation of nearly 200 runners, the 7th edition of the Ifrane Trail closed on Sunday with the victory of Youssef Ait Ali. The latter covered the 42 kilometers of the race in a total time of one hour, nine minutes, and 37 seconds. The Moroccan won the first stage, contested on Saturday, in a little over 18 minutes, while he also dominated that of Sunday in 46 minutes and 28 seconds. He leads in the final classification Abderrahmane Moatacim and Jawad El Jazouli, who complete the podium.

Among the ladies, it was Hanane Qallouj who won the competition, also split into two stages. Qallouj finished the Saturday race with a time stopped at 22 minutes and 2 seconds. On Sunday, Qallouj also won, totaling 55 minutes and 59 seconds, for a total of one hour, 23 minutes, and 59 seconds. The second place went to Kebira El Gmiri, while the third step of the podium was won by Sanae Achahbar.
