The Sovereign was then greeted by Mohamed Hassad, Minister of the Interior, Charki Draiss, Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Interior, and Mohamed Moubdii, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of the Civil Service and Modernisation of the Administration, president of the urban commune of Fquih Ben Saleh. HM the King was, subsequently, invited to the traditional ceremony of offering milk and dates, before being greeted by the Wali of the Tadla-Azilal region, governor of the province of Béni Mellal, Mohamed Fanid, president of the regional council, Saleh El Hamzaoui, governor of the province of Fquih Ben Saleh, Noureddine Ouaâbbou, elected officials, notables, representatives of civil and military authorities, and those of civil society of the province. The Sovereign wished, on this happy occasion, to get closer to the crowd to greet, as usual, the faithful citizens who came in large numbers, on this memorable day, to reiterate their marks of loyalty to HM the King and their attachment to the glorious Alaouite Throne. In an atmosphere of popular joy, the inhabitants of Fquih Ben Saleh gathered all along the route taken by the royal procession, reserving a most enthusiastic welcome to HM the King who, through this blessed visit, honours the city and surrounds its population with his high solicitude. The city of Fquih Ben Saleh was adorned, on this day, with its most beautiful finery. The various arteries were decorated with banners on which one could read the expression of welcome and enthusiasm of the inhabitants of the whole region on the occasion of the Sovereign's visit. In an atmosphere of communion, the population of Fquih Ben Saleh chanted cheers for HM the King, Amir Al Mouminine, expressing its deep gratitude to the Sovereign for this blessed visit which constitutes a new stage on the path of the city's development within the framework of the major socio-economic development projects opened in all the regions of the Kingdom.
