The Urban Agency of Essaouira had organised open days intended to inform MREs (Moroccans Residing Abroad) about the investment potential that the province of Essaouira abounds with.
The Urban Agency of Essaouira (AUE) received a certificate of merit awarded by the Association of Moroccans Residing Abroad (MRE) originating from the province in recognition of the services rendered to this social segment during the open days organised from 10 to 15 August.
The Urban Agency of Essaouira had organised open days to welcome MREs, with the setting up of two spaces: one dedicated to welcoming citizens and the other to exhibiting the various missions assigned to the Agency.
These days were also intended to provide information on the investment potential that the province of Essaouira abounds with, as well as on the procedures, the documents to be provided, and the deadlines to be respected for each type of project.
On the same occasion, the Urban Agency of Essaouira had proceeded during the same period to set up a one-stop shop to accelerate the processing of MRE files, given that the summer period is generally devoted by Moroccans of the world to managing their administrative affairs.
These measures are in line with the particular interest that H.M. King Mohammed VI attaches to Moroccans residing abroad and in a context of implementing the Constitution, underlines a statement from the Agency.
It adds that these measures also come in accordance with the ministry's policy which aims at openness and communication with citizens, and at ensuring the application of the principles of proximity and quality of services and the improvement of reception conditions for users.
