MD Sahara Forum: in Dakhla, a masterclass on the pillars of Moroccan diplomacy

During the 4th edition of the Morocco Diplomatic (MD) Sahara Forum in Dakhla, Omar Hilale, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Morocco to the United Nations in New York, outlined the contours of Moroccan diplomacy through the cardinal principles that have guided it over the past quarter-century.
