The Regional Council of Notaries in the Beni Mellal-Khenifra region is organizing, on December 20 and 21, 2024, two study days under the slogan: "Combating Money Laundering in accordance with Law 43-05", at the Jinane Ain Asserdoun Hotel in Beni Mellal, starting at 9:00 AM.
The event, which falls within the framework of activating the partnership agreement between the Hassanian Association of Judges and the National Body of Notaries in Morocco, will see the participation of representatives from the National Authority for Financial Information (ANRF), and the Directorate of Criminal Affairs and Pardons at the Ministry of Justice, in addition to judges, lawyers, and notaries from several regions, including Marrakech, Agadir, Laayoune, Settat, and Berrechid.
